Wedding Packages

Because a majority of Brides already have their dream wedding in mind, my most popular package is the Special Day Package.  This package allows the couple to relax and enjoy their wedding day with family and friends.  If you're looking for more assistance, a customized package can be created; please see below.

 

Special Day - $500 

Maybe you've got everything planned but would like someone there on your special day to be a "contact person"; then the Special Day package is for you!  I attend the ceremony and reception to make sure everything goes according to your plan, meet industry professionals and vendors for deliveries and set up, make sure wedding attire is adjusted, laced, and tied correctly, coordinate gift delivery and assist where needed on your special day.

 

*Rehearsal Attendance / Coordination, +$30

*Decoration Set-Up, (up to) +$250

*End of Night Clean-Up, (up to) +$250   

 

 

 

dt's details allows you to create your own custom package to ensure you receive as much or as little assistance as needed.  This allows you to relax and enjoy the entire wedding planning experience.  All services are listed below and can be charged individually or combined to create a custom package.

After learning the details of your dream wedding I will:

  • Provide a list of professionals for each specialty

          > Wedding party attire

          > Caterer

          > Cake

          > Florist

          > Entertainment

          > Photographer

          > Videographer

          > Rental items

          > Hair/Makeup

          > Lighting

  • Help develop a budget / stay on-track with the budget

          > Track deposits made and remaining balances

  • Provide monthly "to-do's"

  • Contact industry professionals / vendors to set up appointments
  • Attend appointments - including dress shopping, fittings, bridesmaid dress and tuxedo / suit coordination, contract signings, etc.
  • Provide information on obtaining a marriage license
  • Shop / Search for specialty items requested
  • Keep track of RSVPs
  • Assist with registering for Bridal Shower / Wedding Gifts
  • Assist with assembly of / Assemble wedding stationery, favors, centerpieces, out of town guests' gift bags, and other decorations and projects  
  • Address and send out invitations
  • Discuss Honeymoon options / Coordinate Honeymoon 
  • Review industry professional / vendor contracts and make follow up phone calls to keep them and you updated

          > Distribute itineraries to industry professionals / vendors so they know times

             and locations for deliveries and set up

          > Arrange final payments

  • Assist with / Coordinate decoration of reception venue
  • Distribute agendas to the wedding party, keeping everyone "in the know"
  • Organize the Bridal Shower / Bachelorette Party / Bachelor Party
  • Coordinate and attend the Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception
  • Meet with contracted industry professionals at the ceremony and reception venues on the day-of to make sure things are set up and completed according to your wishes
  • Assist the entire wedding party while getting ready; having worked in a bridal shop has given me advantageous experience with wedding party attire -- how it should be laced, tied, bustled, laying, fitting, etc.         

          > My experience also enables me to perform quick fixes such as sewing loose

             buttons, straps, hems, and more

  • Pick up and deliver wedding party dresses / tuxes
  • Return rental items: flower vases, tuxes, etc.
  • Arrange gift delivery
  • Collect cake topper / cake to enjoy on your One Year Anniversary
  • End of night cleanp-up

                  

          ** Should a problem arise, I'll be the contact person and will take care of the

               situation; I am there to make sure everything goes smoothly and that you and

               your guests have the time of your lives.

 

 

 

My Gift To You

As a thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day, I will create a customized unity candle, sand ceremony, card box or other special momento (upon request).

If you choose to utilize my services after a free consultation, a contract will be written up outlining the specific services to be taken care of by dt's details.  A non-refundable down payment of $200.00 is required at the time of signing the contract to hold your date and ensure that your expectations are met.  Prices effective through 11/01/2012.
